About this file
This file consists of a Brand Guide Quick Reference document for the City of Atlanta and a related procurement opportunity for Citywide Operational Technology Taxonomy services. The City of Atlanta is conducting a multi-step competitive sealed bid process to procure comprehensive enterprise technology and operational taxonomy services. The primary focus of the engagement centers on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation, with additional requirements to be detailed in the pre-qualification document. The vendor selected will be responsible for translating the City's organizational strategies into a comprehensive enterprise architecture, including future state conceptual architecture, roadmap, and taxonomy documentation services. A Pre-Solicitation Conference will be noticed and held prior to the formal solicitation to provide additional details and address potential bidder questions.
The Brand Guide Quick Reference establishes visual and editorial standards for City of Atlanta communications, including logo usage, color palettes (featuring colors such as #e33d40, #e67147, #ebaf55, and #223971), typography guidelines, and approved fonts. Editorial recommendations align all messaging with Mayor Andre Dickens' vision statement emphasizing safe, healthy, connected neighborhoods with equity and upward mobility. The hashtag #MovingAtlantaForward is designated as the preferred identifier for mayoral initiatives. Specific procurement details regarding pricing, contract term, renewal options, funding sources, and bid submission deadlines are not included in this Brand Guide document and will be established in the formal solicitation materials.

EDITORIAL
• Keep your writing simple and easy to understand.
• Place the City of Atlanta and its entities at the center of actions and initiatives.
• Remember that City with a capital “C” is a proper noun referring to a particular municipal government (ex. City of Atlanta government body). The word city with a lower case “c” is a generic geographic term
(ex. the geographic area of Atlanta).
• Be sure your messaging and visual content align with your department’s mission as well as the broader City of Atlanta narrative – as expressed in Mayor Andre Dickens’ vision statement: “One city with one bright future. A city of safe, healthy, connected neighborhoods with an expansive culture of equity, empowering upward mobility and full participation for all residents, embracing youth development, and an innovative, dependable government moving Atlanta forward, together.”
• #MovingAtlantaForward is the preferred social media hashtag for identifying programs and initiatives spearheaded by Mayor Andre Dickens.
The following colors are recommended for use in the other graphic elements used in print and digital materials. These colors reflect the
City seal and the Moving Atlanta Forward logo.
