About this file
This PowerPoint presentation is a Domestic Private Sector Workload Estimate for the U.S. Navy's surface ship maintenance periods, covering fiscal years 2025-2028 as of April 1, 2025. The document provides a broad overview of projected maintenance schedules for multiple Naval Regional Maintenance Centers (MARMC, SWRMC, SERMC, NWRMC, HRMC), emphasizing that the information is for industry planning purposes and does not constitute a formal solicitation or contract commitment.
The workload forecast includes projections for private sector maintenance periods, with specific focus on work durations exceeding 10 months in FY25. The document is marked with Distribution Statement A (Approved for Public Release, unlimited distribution) and notes that the data reflects the Navy's program of record as of April 1, 2025. The next bi-monthly workload projections are targeted for release by June 30, 2025, with the understanding that ongoing factors such as industry manning impacts, availability duration reviews, acquisition strategies, and budget negotiations may refine the out-year projections.
