Grayton Beach State Park Boardwalk Replacement - Professional Services Proposal

Dear Mr. Thomas, Dewberry is pleased to provide this proposal for professional services to the FDEP Bureau of

Design and Construction for the Grayton Beach State Park Boardwalk Replacement. The project is located in Grayton Beach south of Highway 30A in Walton County, Florida. Based on discussions and a site visit with the Bureau of Design and Construction, the existing beach access boardwalk is in need of replacement due to accumulation of sand on the outsides of the existing boardwalk and railing. This accumulation is causing pressure and stresses on the boardwalk structure, putting it at risk for future failure. This project proposal covers the survey, engineering, and permitting efforts needed to evaluate an alternative beach access location and design an ADA-compliant boardwalk for the public.

For your review, Dewberry Engineers Inc., has provided a proposal summary and man-hour documentation for the services tasks identified below:

Please review the attached Proposal Summary and deliverables.

Sincerely, Dewberry Engineers Inc.
