About this file

This document outlines additional contract clauses for the 2012 Landowner Reports procurement opportunity in Maine. The contract establishes specific performance and extension parameters for the selected vendor. The initial contract period may be extended beyond the stated expiration date with the State Purchasing Director's consent and contractor agreement, with the total contract period not to exceed three years.

Pricing for this procurement includes an overrun provision capped at 3% above the awarded amount. A recycled content preference applies to paper and paper product bids, allowing those with a minimum of 30% post-consumer recycled material to receive up to a 10% price preference if their bids are within 10% of the lowest compliant bid; bidders must disclose recycled content in their solicitation response comments to be considered for this preference. Past performance of vendors may factor into the contract award decision.
