About this file

This document is a Terms and Conditions attachment for a federal contract opportunity (Document Number FA330026R0035) issued by the United States Air Force. The file contains clauses incorporated by reference and clauses presented in full text that establish the contractual framework and requirements for performance.

The contract incorporates numerous mandatory federal clauses covering compliance areas including compensation of former DoD officials, whistleblower rights, safeguarding covered defense information, antiterrorism awareness training, prohibition on covered defense telecommunications equipment, export controls, and representations regarding business operations with sanctioned regimes. Payment terms specify electronic submission through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system with payment routing to DoDAAC F87700, with administrative and inspection functions assigned to DoDAACs FA3300 and F2XTB9 respectively. The contract includes liquidated damages of $834.00 per calendar day for delays in delivery or performance. Performance and payment bonds are required at 100 percent of the original contract price (Standard Forms 1418 and 1416). The small business size standard is $19,000,000 under NAICS code 238990, with limitations on subcontracting requiring that contractors not exceed 50 percent subcontracting for services and supplies to non-similarly situated entities. The contract is set aside for small business concerns with postaward rerepresentation requirements triggered by novation agreements, mergers, acquisitions, or at specified intervals for long-term contracts. WAWF contacts for invoicing support are provided as Darrell Ladnier and TSgt Caleb Coots, with helpdesk support available at 866-618-5988.
