About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details a roofing project for the Clinton Indian Health Center in Clinton, Oklahoma. The project involves applying a Tremco Vulkem 350/351 pedestrian and waterproofing system to existing roof decks to address water infiltration issues. Specific requirements include roughing up concrete roof deck surfaces for coating adhesion, applying sand for slip resistance, and ensuring a comprehensive 10-year warranty.

Key project specifications include a 14-calendar day performance period, use of Tremco Epoxy Primer as a preparatory coating, and strict surface preparation requirements such as cleaning concrete surfaces, addressing shrinkage and structural cracks, and ensuring a minimum concrete compressive strength. The project will be managed by the Indian Health Service's Oklahoma City Area office, with W. David Dorety as the Contracting Officer's Representative, and requires adherence to various safety, infection control, and technical standards including OSHA, NFPA, and Joint Commission guidelines.
