About this file

This Questions and Answers document from the Illinois Department of Central Management Services addresses vendor inquiries regarding the JPMC Chicago Parking Zones 1, 2, 3 procurement (25-416CMS-BOSS4-B-44843). The document clarifies that bids must be submitted through the BidBuy system by December 20, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. CST, with no email submissions accepted. The procurement seeks parking spaces in a combination of multi-level facilities and surface lots within designated zones 1, 2, and 3 as defined in Attachment A Zone Map.

The document details vendor registration requirements, specifying that bidders must either submit an IPG Active Vendor Disclosure (formerly Forms B) if they have an active Illinois Procurement Gateway registration number, or submit Vendor Disclosure (formerly Forms A) if they do not. The State requires bidders to guarantee a specific number of spaces for each zone but will only pay for spaces in use. The State reserves the right to add or remove State-paid parking spaces at any time with written notice, without penalty. Vendors can verify their IPG registration status through the Illinois Procurement Gateway website (https://ipg.illinois.gov), and BidBuy assistance is available through il.bidbuy@illinois.gov or 866-455-2897.
