About this file

This is a Deliverable Acceptance Form for custom-built aluminum crime scene van bodies being procured by the Ohio Attorney General's Office (AGO) for the Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI). The project involves the delivery of ten (10) custom-built aluminum crime scene van bodies, with each unit measuring 10 feet long by 7 feet wide by 6 feet inside height in a box van-style configuration. The vehicles feature all-aluminum construction with structural channel framing, prepainted white aluminum exterior skin, and comprehensive interior storage solutions including side compartments, work countertops with pull-out drawers, and adjustable shelving systems. Each deliverable unit will be verified through visual inspection and manual manipulation by the BCI project team, validated through mechanical testing, and formally accepted using this form as a checklist. The acceptance process requires verification and validation of all 34 deliverable specifications prior to final acceptance, which must be signed by the BCI Project Manager and Sponsor to authorize invoicing and payment processing.

The deliverable specifications include integrated features such as LED scene lighting (Feniex Down Lux 6x4 units on sides and rear), warning lights (Feniex Fusion Dual Stack red/blue units), a 5kW Webasto auxiliary heater, a 3000-watt AC power inverter system with dual deep-cycle batteries, rear view camera, backup alarm, reflective vinyl decal package, and complete electrical and fuel connections. All ten crime scene van bodies will be installed complete on customer-provided Ford F350 60-inch cab and a half single rear wheel (60"CA SRW) chassis supplied by the AGO/BCI. This signed acceptance form must accompany the supplier invoice to facilitate payment processing by the Finance department, and approval by the appropriate BCI approval authority constitutes formal acceptance allowing for vehicle delivery and invoicing.
