Attachment 7 - Sample QASP

Instructions: Contractors must complete the compliance percentage (Acceptable Quality Level (AQL)) that it expects to achieve against the CFPB performance standard. Please also note the methodology of quality review and any other comments or assumptions that the AQL is based upon. The Contractor will be assessed by the COR on a monthly basis against the performance standards noted in this QASP.
