About this file

The document is a Certifications file for Delta College, a Michigan-based educational institution, detailing vendor compliance requirements for a Request for Quote (RFP). The document appears to be associated with a specific project involving an HVAC system upgrade for the M-Wing 3D Printer Room, though the certification document is a general template for vendor participation across potential college procurement opportunities. The certifications cover critical vendor commitments including acceptance of purchase orders, acknowledgment of terms and conditions, compliance with Michigan's Freedom of Information Act, conflict of interest disclosures, non-discrimination policies, and verification of not being on federal exclusion lists.

The certification document requires vendors to attest to multiple legal and ethical standards, including compliance with federal regulations such as the Davis-Bacon Act, Copeland "Anti-Kickback" Act, Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and specific provisions for contracts exceeding certain dollar thresholds. Vendors must also certify they are not an "Iran linked business" under Michigan Public Act No. 517 and confirm their authorization to legally represent their company. While no specific pricing terms are detailed in this document, it serves as a comprehensive vendor qualification and compliance instrument designed to ensure transparent, ethical, and legally sound procurement processes for Delta College.
