About this file

This document is an amendment to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Certification Supportive Services for IDOT Districts 7-9 (RFP B-15142 / 20-OBWD-R-45249). The amendment modifies Section D.9.3 of the RFP, which establishes a mandatory requirement for vendors to have an office location within one of the three districts covered by the proposal, be able to assist contractors at their offices, provide assistance at a District Resource Center, or offer virtual assistance. Vendors must disclose the location(s) where the required services will be performed and the percentage of the contract allocated to each location, as this information may be considered in the evaluation.

The related state and local contract opportunity is for the submission of technical proposals only, as pricing will be submitted separately under Bid Number B-15143. IDOT is seeking proposals from qualified vendors with experience in the Illinois transportation-related construction industry who can provide certification assistance and outreach to businesses seeking Disadvantaged Business Enterprise certification in IDOT Districts 7-9.
