About this file

This is a Certification Regarding Lobbying form issued by the Nevada State Purchasing Division, Department of Administration, applicable to the HVAC Maintenance Service contract opportunity for the Nevada State Museum located at 309 S. Valley View Blvd., Las Vegas, Nevada. The form serves as a mandatory certification requirement for vendors responding to this state and local contract opportunity. The document requires authorized signers to complete and submit the certification with their bid responses, including their name, vendor name, solicitation number, and signature along with the date of submission.

The certification affirms that no Federal appropriated funds have been or will be paid to influence government officials in connection with the awarding of any Federal contract, grant, loan, or cooperative agreement. If non-Federal funds are used for lobbying activities related to this contract, vendors must complete and submit Standard Form-LLL, "Disclosure of Lobbying Activities." Vendors must also ensure this certification language is included in all subaward documents and require all subrecipients to certify and disclose accordingly. The certification is a material representation of fact, and failure to file the required certification subjects the vendor to civil penalties ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 for each failure, as imposed by Section 1352, U.S. Code.
