About this file
This is a Certificate of Non-Collusion form required by Jones County School System for supplier responses to solicitations. The document establishes the foundational terms and conditions that suppliers must acknowledge and agree to upon submission of a bid or proposal. Suppliers certify that they have read and understand all specifications and requirements contained in the solicitation and that their response complies with those requirements except where expressly noted otherwise. Suppliers further guarantee that all items included in their response meet or exceed the stated specifications and requirements, and that if awarded a contract, they will deliver goods and/or services meeting or exceeding those same specifications. The submitted response remains valid and binding for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the final solicitation closing date, or such other time period as identified in the solicitation, and may be extended with supplier consent.
Additionally, suppliers certify that their response is submitted independently without prior understanding, agreement, or connection with any other corporation, firm, or person submitting a response for the same materials, supplies, equipment, or services, and that the response is fair and without collusion or fraud. Suppliers acknowledge that collusive bidding violates state and federal law and can result in fines, prison sentences, and civil damage awards. Suppliers also certify compliance with the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, Sections 45-10-20 et seq. The form requires completion of all fields including contractor's full legal name, authorized signature, printed name and title of signing person, date, company address, fax number, and email address. The form must be completed, signed, and submitted with the supplier's response without modification to the certification terms.
