Project Overview/Scope of Work/Specifications

The following describes the scope of services and performance standards that the selected vendor will be expected to meet.

The awarded vendor must be responsible for the implementation as well as provide sample language for District communication around the rationale for such a move. The solution should not be heavily dependent on staff workload. District hopes to avoid the actual collection and redistribution of phones each day.

Solutions that have implemented successful similar projects are desired.
