About this file
This is a procurement document related to a peel and stick signs micro purchase for a California municipality. The contract opportunity involves the supply of peel and stick signage, with the award to be made as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the City's best interest. Bidders must quote all items to be considered eligible for award, and physical samples are required prior to award consideration. Prospective vendors must not deliver or provide services until formally notified by the department. The document references a "soft closure date" effective November 5, 2025, indicating when operations cease for this procurement phase.
The file contains a cease operations sign document that establishes the parameters for vendor submission and evaluation. As a micro purchase, this award is structured to ensure cost efficiency by permitting award flexibility. The requirement for physical samples ensures quality verification before contract execution. The prohibition against early service delivery protects the City from premature vendor activity and ensures compliance with formal procurement procedures.
