About this file

This document is a closure notification form related to a "Peel & Stick Signs for Cal" micro purchase contract opportunity in Pennsylvania. The file appears to be a revised actual closure date record, dated November 5, 2025, indicating the formal cessation of operations or contract activities associated with this procurement. The micro purchase was to be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever served the City's best interest, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Bidders were required to quote all items to remain eligible for award, and physical samples were mandated prior to consideration for award. Vendors were instructed not to deliver or provide services until receiving formal notification from the department.

The specific details regarding pricing, quantities, response deadlines, award dates, and contract terms are not fully detailed in this closure document. As a record of actual closure, this form serves as formal documentation that the procurement process for peel and stick signs has concluded, with operations ceased as of the revised date noted in the filename. No renewal options, set-asides, or additional funding information are specified within this closure notification.
