BLK 7: The electronic receiving report shall be annotated with Lot Number, National Stock Number and Nomenclature. The electronic receiving report shall also be annotated to reflect if additional submittals are to be furnished or if this is the final submittal of data. The electronic receiving report shall be used only for this data item; do not combine other data item submittals with this requirement. Electronic receiving report required via internet Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) at: https://wawf.eb.mil.
BLK 8: Within 30 calendar days of receipt, Government Engineer thru WAWF notice of notice of approval/disapproval. If disapproved, Government Engineer response thru WAWF will include instruction for remediation.
BLK 9: DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT D: Distribution authorized to the Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractors only (Critical Technology)(Date of Contract Award). Other requests for this document shall be referred to AFLCMC/EBHCC.

BLK 10, 12, 13: Submit after successful Lot Acceptance Test and prior to delivery of each production lot. Submit within 30 calendar days after completion of each Lot Acceptance Test.
BLK 14: A sample ADC or "draft" will be generated and submitted using the Worldwide Ammunition-data Repository Program (WARP) system to ensure general format and content is acceptable. For the final submittals, one hard copy of ADCs shall be generated from the WARP and submitted with the electronic receiving report via WAWF to AFLCMC/ EBHCC. The final ammo data card shall be uploaded in WAWF under DoDAAC FA8213.

BLK 10,11, 12, 13: The contractor shall provide a Acceptance Test Plan after contract award and at least 90 days prior to Lot Acceptance Testing allowing for 30 day approval time. No changes to previously approved government Acceptance Test Plans shall be made without prior notification of AFLCMC/EBHCC. Engineering approval in accordance with Airmunitions Specification.

BLK 10,12,13: Acceptance and Description sheets will be prepared for each lot of propellants, explosive, and chemicals as specified in the contract or specification. The sheets shall be electronic files as specified in MIL-STD-1171 and the on-line WARP User's Manual. Submit 90 calendar days prior to initial use of new original material.
Waiver for this 90 calendar day period must be approved by AFLCMC/EBHCC. No changes to previously approved Acceptance and Description sheets shall be made without prior notification of and approval from AFLCMC/EBHCC.
BLK 14: The Contractor shall prepare and store Acceptance and Description sheets in the Worldwide Ammunition-data Repository Program (WARP). See Addendum A for Interim instructions. Report shall be in Microsoft Office software or PDF format. Submit through WAWF under DoDAAC, FA8213.

BLK 10, 11,12, 13: The Contractor shall submit a completed AIE package no later than 120 calendar days after contract award and no later than 60 calendar days prior to First Article Testing (if FAT is required), production, and/or all acceptance of product under the contract. The Government will furnish disposition within 30 calendar days of final AIE package receipt. If further revisions are necessary, the Contractor shall have 30 calendar days to generate them and the Government shall have 30 calendar days to review and respond to them. The approved AIE shall be available for First Article Testing (if FAT is required), production, and/or all acceptance of product under the contract. If Contractor revises a previously Government accepted AIE for this contract, the revised AIE must be submitted to the Government for review and approval. Approval must be granted before AIE is used for acceptance of product. The Government will respond within 30 calendar days.

BLK 10,12,13: Contractor may voluntarily submit a CPOA for all critical characteristics as specified in the contract clause reference. Contractor shall submit the CPOA for approval prior to use. Government will respond within 45 calendar days of receipt of original and any required revisions. Unless otherwise specified, contactor shall submit revision within 10 calendar days of receipt of Government response. Unless otherwise approved by the Government Contracting Officer, the CPOA is not authorized for use prior to Government approval. Unless otherwise specified, if the CPOA changes after initial Government approval, contractor shall resubmit revised Plan for Government approval.
