RFI #1

Question: The workload in Appendix A lists 51 systems and 266 total annual cleanings.

Please confirm whether this list is exhaustive and whether new locations could be added during performance without a contract modification. Are all locations accessible without escort? If the government deems fit to add additional systems, the contract will have to be modified. All current locations will have to be coordinated with someone to be on site while the work is being performed due to safety. Contractor will not have keys to facilities only roof access mech room key.

RFI #2

Question: For CLINs 0005/1005/2005/3005/4005 (Special Maintenance Projects), please confirm: (a) the estimated dollar value or frequency of SMPs expected per year, (b) whether the $3,000 threshold applies per individual SMP task or in aggregate, and (c) whether the Government has a Not-to-Exceed ceiling for SMPs. The SMP threshold will not exceed. This is a fixed price contract.

RFI #3

Question: For the seasonal locations (Hillberg Ski Lodge, Bldg 23400 — 5x seasonal; Golf Course, Bldg 27000 — 7x seasonal), please confirm the typical operating months and how the service schedule is coordinated with facility managers. Typical operating hours depend on the seasonal weather. The total is 12 for both facilities annually. When one opens for the season the other one will close. If they are both closed at the same time, no cleaning will be conducted during those months due to no usage.
