About this file

This is an Excel spreadsheet documenting equipment currently in place at the facilities subject to the renovation projects.

The file serves as an inventory attachment for the Building 206 Lab Upgrade and Building 233 Breakroom Renovation solicitation. It functions as a reference document for offerors to understand existing equipment and infrastructure at Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Keyport facilities in Keyport, Washington. The spreadsheet provides detailed information about equipment locations, specifications, and current conditions that contractors should account for during project planning and execution. This inventory is essential for offerors to accurately scope work, identify potential conflicts with existing installations, plan around operational equipment, and develop comprehensive pricing for the renovation and upgrade work. The equipment listing helps ensure that quotations address site-specific conditions and that contractors understand the existing infrastructure they will be working within or around during the construction and renovation activities.
