About this file

This document is a Safety Data Sheet that must be completed by the offeror for a federal contract opportunity. It requests information on the offeror's insurance carrier, their past 5 years of OSHA Days Away from Work, Restricted Duty, or Job Transfer (DART) rates and Total Recordable Case (TCR) rates, as well as a 2-page technical approach for safety. The safety narrative should describe the offeror's Safety Management System, subcontractor evaluation and oversight processes, and other safety-related approaches. This Safety Data Sheet is required for a federal contract opportunity to install a ductless HVAC system at Building 82, which is a 100% small business set-aside solicitation issued by the Department of the Navy, Naval Sea Systems Command. The contract will be performed at Keyport, WA and Naval Base Kitsap - Bangor, Silverdale, WA.
