About this file
This is a Site Visit Plan document for a construction project involving the demolition and installation of vault toilets at Lynx Lake Recreation Area in the Prescott National Forest, Arizona. The site visit is scheduled for June 4th at 9:00 AM, beginning at Lynx Lake North Shore, which is identified as the location of the most complex work. The visit will include tours of all three project locations within the campground. The Lynx Lake Recreation Area is located in the suburbs of Prescott, Arizona in Yavapai County, approximately 4 miles from the Bradshaw Ranger District office, accessible via Aubrey Street, S. Marina Street, E. Gurley Street, AZ-69, S. Walker Road, and Lynx Lake Store Road, with the meeting point at the first flush toilet building at the North Shore recreation site.
The underlying contract opportunity (Solicitation 127EAX26Q0044) requires contractors to demolish and remove three existing flush toilet buildings and associated septic systems, while installing three new vault toilets at the same location. Ancillary work includes new sidewalks, capping of water utilities, and relocation of electrical service. The soliciting agency is the Department of Agriculture Forest Service. Inquiries regarding the site visit should be directed to Richard Polanco at richard.polanco@usda.gov.
