The list references http://www.biopreferred.gov as the resource for biobased product information and includes thirty-one product categories spanning cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation supplies. The identified products include all-purpose cleaners, degreasers, heavy-duty cleaners, deodorizers, carpet shampoo, various floor products (finish, sealer, stripper, restorer), disinfectant sanitizers, extraction fluids, furniture and metal polishes (brass, chrome, stainless steel), glass cleaner, grout sealer, stain remover, air fresheners with dispensers, toilet bowl and bathroom cleaners, whiteboard cleaner, wood floor cleaner, laundry detergent, liquid hand soap with dispensers, cream cleaner, lime and scale remover for tile and tub applications, and solvents.

The document explicitly states that the provided list is not all-inclusive and that the contractor is responsible for researching and identifying additional available sustainable products suitable for contract performance. The emphasis on biobased products reflects federal sustainability requirements and encourages contractors to source environmentally preferable cleaning and maintenance products during contract execution.
