About this file

This is a submittal requirements list for the Stanislaus National Forest Pavement Patching contract. The document specifies that all submittals must be sent to the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) via email, with a submittal log completed within five days of the pre-work meeting. The government allows 14 days for review of all submittals, which should include relevant contract references, shop drawings, and applicable material or manufacturer's data, with additional requirements referenced in contract plans and specifications (FP-24 and FSSS).

The submittal list contains 19 items organized by category: administrative documents (bonding, submittal log, contractor representatives and emergency contacts); planning documents (schedule, safety plan, traffic control plan, dust control plan, spill prevention and containment plan, hazardous response plan, fire safety plan); technical submissions (construction surveying and staking, quality control plan, contractor sampling and testing); and material-related submittals (water drafting plan, aggregate, asphalt concrete). Additional requirements include equipment inspection prior to equipment arriving on USFS lands, material weigh tickets due within 24 hours of delivery, and quality control and testing data submitted periodically as available. The water drafting plan requires inspection of the drafting screen prior to use, and schedule updates must be submitted as needed or upon CO/COR request.
