The document establishes prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits for service contracts performed in the specified Oregon counties. It lists over 200 occupation classifications with corresponding hourly wage rates ranging from approximately $15.34 to $58.94, organized by occupational categories including administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, health occupations, information technology, instructional occupations, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant operations, protective services, recreation, technical occupations, and transportation. All listed occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours per week, or $222.00 per week) or, under Executive Order 13786, $5.09 per hour (up to 40 hours per week, or $203.60 per week). The determination includes special provisions for paid vacation (2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 15 years), eleven paid holidays annually, hazardous duty pay differentials (4-8 percent), exempt computer professional classifications, night pay and Sunday premiums for air traffic controllers and weather observers, and uniform allowance requirements. Contractors are required to conform any unlisted occupations to the nearest appropriate classification using procedures outlined in 29 CFR 4.6(b)(2).
