About this file

This is a DD Form 1423-1, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), documenting a single data item requirement for the PU-MEP-810 C/D system/item contract. The data item, numbered C001, is titled "Scientific and Technical Reports" with the subtitle "Configuration Control" and is based on Data Item Description DI-MISC-80711A.

The contractor is required to prepare and submit Configuration Control Documents in accordance with Part Revisions section for Configuration Control whenever changes to or departures from contractual baseline documents are necessary. All deliverables must be in digital format compatible with Microsoft Office software and Adobe Acrobat, delivered via DoD SAFE (https://safe.apps.mil/) with notification emails to four government personnel: FCDD-ISR-HFF, PCO, KO, and KS. Each recipient is to receive one copy of draft and final submissions with no reproducible copies required, totaling four copies per submission. If the data deliverable is priced and not separately priced (NSP), an electronic DD Form 250 must be submitted via the Wide Area Workflow website for contractor payment. The requiring office is FCDD-ISR-HFF, and the form was prepared by Micah Greene and approved by Scott Mahoney on 06/25/2026. No specific submission dates or pricing information is provided on this form.
