About this file
This is an equipment specification document (Attachment F) detailing mandatory and optional requirements for an industrial router procurement. The document outlines 22 mandatory specifications and 5 optional specifications for an industrial CNC router to be delivered to a State facility in St. Peter, MN. Key mandatory requirements include a minimum work area of 72" x 125" x 12", an automatic tool changer with at least 6 positions, an 8KW/10HP motor, industrial pop-up table reference pins, a 17.7HP vacuum pump, and various technical specifications regarding the motor, frame, and operating systems. The procurement includes requirements for lifetime technical support, online training, initial on-site training, and ongoing training access for two people at the CNC facility.
The document requires bidders to indicate compliance with each specification through yes/no responses and provide supporting detail for each requirement. The equipment must be delivered fully assembled and tested, and include Vectric V Carve PRO Cad/Cam Software or an equivalent program. Optional specifications include T-slots with clamp kit, quick release dust skirt, PCI card controller, 4th Axis Port pre-wiring, and optional engraving laser capabilities. All pricing information, including training and support costs, must be included in Attachment G, which is referenced but not included in this document.
