About this file

This document is a federal contracting form—specifically, the Buy American Certificate (FAR 52.225-2, October 2022)—used as a template for contractor certification of domestic and foreign end products in government procurements.

The certificate requires offerors to certify that all end products are domestic unless specifically listed otherwise in the form. Offerors must identify any foreign end products manufactured in the United States that do not qualify as domestic products and indicate whether non-iron/steel foreign products exceed 55 percent domestic content (except for commercially available off-the-shelf items). Additionally, offerors must separately list line item numbers for domestic end products containing critical components as defined in FAR 25.105. The form includes a table with line items 0001 through 0007 for foreign end product entries, noting that line item 0002 is designated for commercial items with "N/A" classification. A separate section addresses domestic end products with critical components, also marked as "N/A" in this template. The form concludes with contractor certification requirements including signature, printed name, and date. Government evaluation follows the policies and procedures outlined in FAR Part 25.
