About this file
This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) from the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ), solicitation number BPM006010, specifically for ASRAC Assessment and Remediation of Hazardous Substances. The document includes an attachment focused on the Boycott of Israel Disclosure, which requires companies bidding on the contract to certify their stance regarding business relations with Israel. CDM Smith Inc., located in Phoenix, Arizona, is the company completing this disclosure form.
The RFP attachment outlines specific legal requirements under Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) § 35-393 et seq., mandating that companies certify they are not participating in a boycott of Israel to be eligible for the contract. The document provides exemptions for solicitations under $100,000, sole proprietorships, companies with fewer than 10 employees, and non-profit organizations. In this case, CDM Smith Inc. has checked the box confirming they do not participate in, and agree not to participate in, a boycott of Israel during the contract term. The specific scope of work involves assessment and remediation of hazardous substances, though detailed service specifics are not provided in this particular attachment.
