About this file

This is a Bidder's Listing of Subcontractors form for the Santa Fe Regional Airport Runway 33 Runway Safety Area Grading project in New Mexico. The form is required for compliance with the Subcontractors Fair Practices Act and must be completed by bidders submitting proposals for this construction project. The project involves earthwork, grading, drainage improvements, surface restoration including seeding, and removal or relocation of obstructions to bring the Runway Safety Area into compliance with FAA design and safety standards. All work must be performed in accordance with issued plans, specifications, and FAA requirements while maintaining safe airport operations.

Bidders are required to list all subcontractors for work with subcontract amounts exceeding $5,000.00 threshold. For each subcontractor listed, bidders must provide the trade category, subcontractor name, business address, telephone number, license number, and New Mexico Department of Labor registration number. The form contains space for six subcontractor entries and requires one subcontractor listing per work category. Subcontractor signatures must be obtained after contract award. Failure to comply with these listing requirements, including the provision of name, location of business, and category of work for each subcontractor, will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive and rejected.
