About this file
This document is a series of questions and answers related to a Request for Information (RFI) for a modular classroom project in Sumter County, Georgia. The project involves the construction of a modular complex with approximately five units that will serve as a middle-high school facility. The RFI covers various design and technical specifications, including the need for aluminum ramps and stairs, gutters and downspouts, suspended ceilings, fire sprinkler systems, and HVAC dehumidification. The RFI also clarifies that the customer will not provide a rough sketch of the site location, and the terms and conditions for the award are not yet available.
Regarding pricing and other commercial terms, the document indicates that the customer will select the color for the front entrance after the award, and the bidder will be responsible for completing the final connections for the fire sprinkler system on-site. The RFI also confirms that the customer will not provide the low-voltage systems, such as data, fire alarm, and PA systems.
