About this file

This is a bid documents file for the Georgia Building Authority (GBA), a state agency responsible for managing Capitol Hill buildings and facilities in Atlanta, Georgia. The GBA is soliciting proposals for the installation of a Personal Panic Button System across multiple state government locations, including the Georgia Legislative Office Building (175,000 sq. ft.), the Georgia State Capitol (500,000 sq. ft.), South Deck Parking Garage (1,100 parking spaces), 2 Capitol Square (25,000 sq. ft.), and connecting outdoor spaces. The requested system must integrate software, hardware, and wireless technology to create a comprehensive crisis management platform capable of accelerating emergency response times throughout the Capitol Hill Complex. The RFP seeks to identify and contract with a single firm for system installation and implementation.

The bid documents establish the framework for proposal submission and evaluation criteria for this critical security infrastructure project. Specific pricing terms, contract duration, renewal options, response deadlines, site visit requirements, and bidder conference details are contained within the associated bid documentation. The project represents a significant investment in emergency response capabilities for state legislative and administrative personnel working within the Capitol Hill Area facilities.
