About this file
This document is a Bid Bond issued by the State of Maryland for the replacement of garage doors at the Rocky Gap Veterans Cemetery in Flintstone, Maryland. The successful contractor will provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies required for this project. The bid bond is worth an unspecified sum, and the contractor must execute any further contractual documents and provide any required bonds within 10 days of the State's acceptance of their bid. The contract opportunity is limited to the State of Maryland and Allegany County.
The bid bond requires the contractor to either execute the contract and provide the necessary documents and bonds, or pay the difference between their bid and the State's cost to contract with another party, should the contractor fail to do so. The contract does not provide any details on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient information.
