RESPONSE: Please see section 1.6 of the RFQ (contract) in the attachments tab for information regarding subcontractors.

2. Checking to see if this is a ‘prevailing wage’ job.

RESPONSE: This depends on if the project requires a prevailing wage position or not. (e.g. If an electrician is required for the project, then that electrician would have to be paid prevailing wage.)

3. Rental Start time frame?

RESPONSE: As per the attached RFQ (contract), the expected rental timeframe is June 1, 2024, through September 30, 2024.

4. As far as pumps, would you like us to provide them or use yours?

RESPONSE: We need a standalone unit that all equipment is incorporated into it. We do not have circulation pumps in place.

5. What will be your operating temperature?

RESPONSE: ~70 – 72 degrees

6. What distance of cables is needed?

RESPONSE: 50’ should cover it. Last year we were charged for 50’, but the 2022 season we were charged for 100’.
