About this file
This document is a Bid Amendment #2 issued by the New Jersey Department of the Treasury Division of Purchase and Property Procurement Bureau for Bid Solicitation #21DPP00611 for the Publishing of the New Jersey Register and New Jersey Administrative Code. The amended bid solicitation includes answers to vendor questions, a revised bid solicitation, and a revised price sheet. The bid solicitation requires the provision of publishing services for the New Jersey Register and Administrative Code, including the option to provide additional products and services such as hardware, software, code tracking databases, and subscription packages. The bid submission due date is April 14, 2021 at 2:00 pm Eastern Time.
The revised bid solicitation addresses several vendor exceptions and clarifications, including the optional nature of providing hardware, software, and maintenance services, the optional rule tracking database, changes to copyright requirements and pricing for certain code units, the optional provision of alternative media formats, and adjustments to complementary subscription offerings and licensing fees. The State will allow vendors to propose exceptions to the standard terms and conditions, but any exceptions that conflict with the bid solicitation requirements may render a bid non-responsive.
