Vendors must submit comprehensive product catalogs with list pricing and maintain consistent discounts throughout the contract period. Delivery requirements include inside delivery to district facilities, with vendors expected to provide on-site assistance and alternative value-based suggestions when appropriate. The bid allows for potential participation by the North Florida Buying Group and Bay Area Purchasing Consortium, potentially expanding the contract's scope. Additional requirements include compliance with federal and state regulations, such as USDA certifications, drug-free workplace standards, and background investigation protocols. The School Board reserves the right to select the most advantageous proposal based on price and specification compliance.
