About this file
This is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) from the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System (SCCPSS) seeking bids for Copy Paper - District Wide (Semi-Annual Contract) under Bid 25-18. The solicitation requests xerographic dual-purpose paper in various sizes (8.5" x 11", 8.5" x 14", and 11" x 17") and 3-hole punch paper to be delivered to multiple district locations. Bidders must submit bids electronically in PDF format to purchasing@sccpss.com by January 21, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. ET. Sample paper (one case of each type) must be submitted by January 20, 2025 for testing. The initial contract term is six months with options to renew for one additional year and then another six months by mutual agreement.
The bid will be awarded on a "line-item" or "unit-price" basis after considering discounts, transportation costs, life cycle costs, and sample quality. Estimated annual quantities range from 21,000 reams for maintenance operations to 17,000 reams for the print shop, with additional as-needed quantities for individual district sites. Price increases are capped at 5% for each renewal term. The district requires delivery within 10 days for maintenance operations and 2 days for print shop orders. The solicitation includes provisions to encourage participation by local, minority and women-owned business enterprises (LMWBEs). No bid bond or performance bond is required. Bidders must have five years of continuous experience providing similar goods/services to educational or government agencies in the Southeast region.
