Program Description: The objective of the MOAST program is to conduct exploratory, applied, and advanced Research and Development (R&D) to evolve and expand emerging open architecture standards, such as the Open Mission Systems (OMS) and Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) Command and Control Initiative (UCI), for current and next-generation Air Force weapon systems.
