BAA 13-05 Questions and Answers June 6, 2013

Question 1: My company has been asked to submit a proposal for BAA13-05. When I was on the BAA portal, it is requesting a Cover Sheet, Full Proposal and a Briefing Chart. I cannot find reference to this - or is this the Quad Charts?

Answer 1: The BAA portal’s reference to a Briefing Chart is the same as the two quad charts that are to be included with the offeror’s technical proposal. Since the two quad charts are required to be included with the offeror’s technical proposal, the BAA system will be updated for BAA 13-05 to mark the Briefing Chart as an optional component. To satisfy the system requirement, offerors do not need to take any action on this Briefing Chart section and can ignore it, since it is optional.
