About this file

This file is a submittal list template and instruction guide used by the National Park Service Denver Service Center for managing construction document submittals during design and construction phases of federal projects. The template establishes a standardized process for the Pullman National Historic Park renovation project (PMIS Number PULL/307087), which involves elevator installation, second floor remodeling, third floor plumbing rough-ins, and HVAC extension work.

The submittal list identifies over 70 specification sections across multiple construction trades (concrete, wood casework, doors, glazing, finishes, elevators, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and communications systems) and categorizes each as either Action submittals requiring Government review and responsive action or Informational submittals requiring only Construction Management Representative review. The template includes columns for documenting submittal types (certifications, laboratory tests, reports, calculations, product data, warranties, samples, and shop drawings) and an integrated Review Estimate section for the Architect/Engineer to indicate the level of effort required for each Action submittal by discipline (Architect, Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Project Manager, Landscape Architect, and Coordination). The instructions specify that review hour estimates should be applied against hourly rates from the applicable Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract option period rates to formulate Government cost estimates for the Architect/Engineer Construction Services task order negotiations.
