About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) attachment for a sample project under the NPS Electrical Services IDIQ-JOC solicitation. The document provides project specifications and requirements for electrical services work to be performed at National Park Service facilities within the National Capital Region. The SOW outlines the scope of work, performance standards, deliverables, and technical requirements that contractors must follow when executing task orders issued under the resultant IDIQ contracts.

The sample project SOW establishes baseline expectations for minor construction commercial electrical services, including maintenance, repair, installation, and emergency response work. It details specific performance metrics, quality assurance standards, safety requirements, and coordination procedures contractors must implement. The document serves as a reference example demonstrating the format and level of detail contractors can expect in actual task order SOWs, helping bidders understand the nature and complexity of electrical services required across NPS facilities. This attachment is intended to clarify the type and scope of work that will be ordered under the five-year IDIQ contract vehicles being solicited, with work to be performed in compliance with federal standards and NPS operational requirements.
