| ODCs in FFP contracts can be hardware and/or software, in which they are primarily part of turnkey solutions. Turnkey solutions are a type of system that can be easily implemented into current business processes. A turnkey solution is immediately ready to use upon implementation and is designed to fulfill a certain process such as billing, website design, training or content management. With T&M contracts, ODCs are primarily supplies and spare parts. | Period of Performance No. 5 | | | | POP No. 5 | | |

Travel / Training / ODC information must be included in acquisition document and Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE). Training can only be included on T&M contracts, and only for mission-specific requirements (NOT professional development).
General and administrative (G&A) expenses should not be included. Contractors are expected to recover costs in their fully burdened rates.
Direct Labor tab should be filled out using wages from SCA locality obtained at SAM.gov (https://sam.gov/content/wage-determinations) or the Union-Collective Bargaining Board (if applicable). If labor code descriptions are needed, please refer to Department of Labor (DOL) SCA Director of Occupations at https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/WHD/legacy/files/SCADirectVers5.pdf. Please advise your Contract Specialist/Officer if the SCA doesn't provide all of the necessary labor codes/titles or wages applicable your requirements.
FAR 52.222-3 Convict Labor (see https://www.acquisition.gov/far/52.222-3) applies if the Offeror is providing labor from inmates at a Correctional Facility. As such, the COR needs to research/document information on CLAUSE Items No. (b) (3) (ii) through (iv). The IGCE shall be prepared with SCA labor code/cateogories and 'rates of pay and other conditions.... in the locality in which the work is being performed'. Offerors from Department of Correctinal (DOC) Facilities proposed pricing shall also be compliant with the clause.

2. Table 2B, CLIN 05-WHB Supply
| | COR shall fill in the unit price for each range in Tables 2-A and 2-B for each AOC (see Table 1) they are proposing services and supplies are needed in and the applicable ranges that are needed. If a range isn't needd then COR shall note 'NONE' below. |
| - | Column (A) Ordering Period is the time frame also known as Period of Performance (POP) during which the services occur and designated unit prices. | |
| - | Column (B) Quantity represents the number of head of animals (wild horses/burros). | |
| - | Column (C ) Unit Price is the cost per day/per animal when animal inventory is between the minimum and maximum quantity of that specific Range. It is the price for services per animal/per day rate. It is the price for service for one animal for one full day, except mare/foal pairs, which count as one animal/quantity until their foals become approximately four months of age. At four months of age foals are counted as a single unit. | |
| - | All Ranges (Range A through Range BP) shall contain a ‘unit price’ response by entering an amount or ‘None’. COR shall note ‘None’ for unit prices if they do not want services provided within that specific range. | |

| SUBTOTAL- POP No. 4 | | | | $0.00 | | | | |
