About this file

This document is a Capability Statement Questionnaire for Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140F0S25Q0013 for the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge Road Materials project. The solicitation, issued by the Department of the Interior Fish and Wildlife Service, requires the procurement of approximately 8,730 tons of asphalt base, 10,000 tons of asphalt top, 10,440 gallons of asphalt tack coat, 38,940 cubic yards of aggregate, 56,180 cubic yards of fill material, 160 cubic yards of concrete material, and various concrete and polyethylene pipes.

The questionnaire requires potential contractors to provide detailed information about their business, including SAM UEI, NAICS codes, business size/classification (e.g., small business, veteran-owned), and contractor arrangements. Respondents must demonstrate capabilities through a comprehensive description of their organization, staff composition, equipment, past project experience, and ability to meet critical procurement timelines. The document allows businesses to propose as a sole/prime contractor, prime contractor with subcontractors, or in a joint venture arrangement, with an emphasis on clearly articulating functional area expertise relevant to the road materials and infrastructure project.
