1.0 Descriptions for Deliverables 1, 2 & 5

1.1 . Contract Kickoff Meeting Agenda and Meeting Minutes (Deliverable 1). Within fourteen (14) calendar days after the contract POP start date the Contractor shall conduct a contract kickoff meeting with the COR, Product Manager and Government representatives to review and document project requirements. This meeting will outline project objectives, establish communication protocols, and confirm the project timeline and milestones. The Contractor shall provide the Government with a kickoff meeting agenda no later than three (3) business days prior to the meeting. The Contractor shall provide the Government with kickoff meeting minutes no later than three (3) business days after the meeting. This meeting should not exceed two (2) hours in length.

1.1.1. Bi-Weekly Progress Reports (Deliverable 2). The Contractor shall provide monthly Contractor's Progress, Status, and Management Reports and an updated spend plan and schedule that describes progress made within the period and inform the Government of existing or potential issues and problem areas and risk mitigation plans. The. The Contractor shall provide the initial monthly progress report and spend plan no later than thirty (30) business days after the contract POP start date. The Contractor shall provide subsequent monthly progress reports and spend plans no later than the 10th calendar day of every month for the previous month during the contract period of performance.

1.1.2. Non-Disclosure / Non-Use Agreement (Solicitation Attachment 7 - Deliverable 5). Within five (5) business days after contract POP start date the Contractor shall sign and submit a Non-Disclosure Statement on behalf of the company and shall also ensure that all individuals assigned to or performing on the contract, including all subcontractors and consultants, execute and adhere to the terms of the non-disclosure statement, protecting the procurement sensitive information of the Government and the proprietary information of other contractors. Assignment of personnel who have not executed this statement or failure to adhere to this statement may constitute default on the part of the Contractor. The Contractor shall execute additional agreements as needed.
