Instructions The Contractor must provide a standard price for all three tables: Pruning, Removals, and Stump Grinding. The table boxes Boldly outlined are the specific boxes that the contractor must provide a price or percentage rate. Boxes outlined with dashed lines are optional for the contractor to fill out. The contractor may choose to individually price each dashed box, in lieu of providing a percentage, but then they must provide a price for all dashed boxes in that case.
The Standard Price work tasks is indicative of the most typical type of work for each given task. The percentages given for additional types of work are already identified to be an increase or decrease in each section, the plus (+) or minus (-) symbols are present for reference. For tasks identified as increasing, the percentage rate will be multiplied to the standard price to determine a product, this product will then be added to the Standard Price for a Sum. For tasks identified as decreasing, the percentage rate will be multiplied to the standard price to determine a product, this product will then be subtracted to the Standard Price for a Sum. The percentage given for each task will be applied to the standard price for all DBH size classes individually.
Once a contractor is awarded the contract, both WOTR and the Contractor agree on holding a Project Kick-Off meeting. Prior to this meeting, WOTR will provide the contractor with a map and a work list of individualized work items. The map will provide the general location of each item number. The work list will list each individualized item number, identifying their species, DBH, and specified information required to determine its price. WOTR and the contractor will come to agreement regarding pricing of each item during the Pre-work meeting.
