Each door is equipped with an electric-driven gearbox, chain, and an idle sprocket on the hinge side.

The scope includes removing old operators while reusing existing sprockets and chains, installing new operators, bringing doors back to working condition, and servicing all internal components. The offeror must provide a one-year warranty covering all parts and labor, guaranteeing the equipment's performance and replacing any defective components at no cost. The specification emphasizes that any deviations from the specified requirements will be deemed unacceptable, and the final installed system must be fully operational as originally designed.
