About this file
This document contains a solicitation for the Third Generation Forward Looking Infrared (3GEN FLIR) Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) Dewar Cooler Bench (DCB) Program. The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground intends to award up to two cost-plus-fixed-fee contracts to provide technical and engineering services as well as the procurement of DCB hardware. The services portion will have a 48 month base period, while the hardware portion contains three options with period of performances ranging from 24 to 29 months depending on the lot. The solicitation seeks to produce DCBs for integration into the 3GEN FLIR B-Kit as well as potentially for the Next Generation of Combat Vehicles Optionally Manned Fighting Vehicle variant. Offerors must register in the System for Award Management and submit certifications by the proposal submission deadline of November 22, 2021. All questions are due by October 21, 2021. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334511 and has a size standard of $7.5 million.
