SITE VISIT INFORMATION
The National Park Service invites you to attend a site inspection to provide all material, labor, and supervision to replace the tile and carpet flooring in the Liberty Square Education Center. The tile has started to pop loose from the bonding agent causing tripping hazards, the Park has already had to remove a large section and put a temporary solution to keep the area safe. The carpeting throughout the building is stained far beyond restoration and will need replaced as well. The completion of this project is critical, not only to the well-being of visitors, volunteers, and staff, but also to the appreciation and satisfaction of their experience at Fort Sumter Charleston, SC. The Site Visit will be held at the time and place listed below:

Fort Sumter Visitor Education Center at Liberty Square 340 Concord Street Charleston, SC 29401 TIME: 10:00am. (EST) DATE: Monday, June 12, 2023

Only those written answers provided to all offerors will be the Government's official response to questions.
Information provided at this site visit shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. No oral questions will be accepted.
