About this file

This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for HIANG Indoor Firing Range Contract Services issued by the U.S. Air Force under solicitation number W50SLF26QA022. The solicitation is a total small-business set-aside under NAICS Code 333310 (Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing) with a size standard of 1,000 employees. Quotations are due by 28 September 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Hawaii Standard Time and should be submitted electronically to the Contract Specialist (jonathan.weber.14@us.af.mil) and Contracting Officer (clesson.k.paet.civ@army.mil). The requirement includes three phases: (1) VAC modernization and complete replacement of the six-unit ventilation and air conditioning system with ductwork network replacement and facility roof structural framing/reinforcement; (2) delivery, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of a 12-lane wireless target retrieval system; and (3) multi-year recurring preventative maintenance and inspection services covering the base year plus four 12-month option years. The Government will award one firm-fixed-price purchase order based on evaluation of three factors: Price, Past Performance, and Technical Capability, with Price equal in importance to the combined weight of Past Performance and Technical Capability. All deliverables must conform to the Performance Work Statement, and the successful contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and compliance with federal requirements. Quotations must remain valid for 60 calendar days, and contractors must maintain active System for Award Management (SAM) registration under NAICS 333310.
