About this file
This document contains questions from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers seeking industry feedback on a draft Request for Proposals (RFP) for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to support Environmental Remediation Services (ERS). The RFP seeks ERS task orders under a MATOC to be awarded to an unspecified number of offerors. Questions address clarity of instructions, entry criteria, the sample task order, price evaluation approach, required labor categories, and how profit, overhead and general and administrative costs will be applied to rates. Industry is asked to provide responses to the questions via email to help refine the RFP prior to its release.
