Disclaimer: This Notice of Intent to Award is subject to and contingent upon successful negotiation of a written contract with the City, containing such terms as the City Council or City Manager determine are in the best interest of the City, and execution of such written contract with the City. This Notice does NOT constitute the formation of a contract between the City of Cocoa and the apparent successful vendor referenced in the Notice.
